Hab mal n bissel probiert welcher Treiber
unter win 2K der beste für D3 ist...vielleicht interessierts ja jemanden...

Super! Danke! Kann nur sagen das es mit meiner Geforce 2 GTS Pro auch nich viel anders aussieht (im Vergleich).

Was hast du denn genommen, DirectX oder OpenGL ?
OpenGL ist bei mir mit der GF2 GTS Pro performanter (vor allem in den Minimum Frames). Die Auflösung spielt bei mir generell keine wesentliche Rolle, komme immer auf ähnliche Werte. Da ist dann wohl meine CPU der Flaschenhals Smilie

das muss nicht sein.
ich denke es liegt an win2k, irgendwo is da der wurm oder ne bremse drin. ich habe bei jeder auflösung, und gleich, wieviele effekte an oder aus, auch verschiedene rendertiefen, immer die selbe leistung (in der in-game anzeige).
mit timetest habe ich 640er und 1024er auflösung getestet, mit dem selben ergebnis. (vsync ist aus)
ich werde demnächst nochmal mit win98 ein paar tests machen und erkenntnisse hier posten. allgemein gilt win98 als, und ist, besser für spiele.

tolle schachtelsätze heute.

Ein echter Programmierer benutzt selbstmodifizierenden Code, wenn er dadurch 2 Nanosekunden in einer Schleife einsparen kann.

Feeb. Kann ich nicht bestätigen. Ich hab unter Win2k und WinXP sehr untersch. Werte im Timetest. Der In-Game-Wert ist eh nur gerundet damit der Rechner für das Anzeigen der Framezahl nicht so viel Leistung verbraucht das die Frame dadurch grossartig sinken (nehm ich an).
