Dear Descent Fans,

Please excuse me for writing in English. I can read German but I can't write it (one day I will).

I bought mysekf a nice German USB Gamepad from the mark "Speed Link", model "Encounter". I got the drivers from their website and it is working 100% with HALO.

But it seems that when I am configuring it in the controls config in Descent3, they will not respond / be detected in both digital and analog modes.. (the two little joysticks don't work, to be more precise. the buttons do work.)

Is Descent3 not ready for Gamepads? Or is it because it's USB? Frage

Should work. Did you select the pad in D3's Lancher --> Setup --> Controls ?

I use a Game Elements game pad and I didn't seem to have a problem...once Windows had USB drivers in place.

BTW, if you ever want a training session, just let me know I could request a server and I could teach ya! ...what little I know.
