Texturen aus D3 Levels extrahieren

Moinsen!

Seit einiger Zeit werden viele D1, D2 und D3 Missionen nach Overload portiert.

Ich wurde gefragt, wie man am einfachsten Texturen aus bestehenden Missionen extrahieren kann.

Da fehlt mir aber die Praxis - habe nur Hogview oder so ähnlich im Kopf und hoffe, hier schaut kurzfristig Jemand herein, der uns da auf die Sprünge helfen könnte Smilie

In der Regel verfolge ich auch per RSS im Groben was hier so los ist.

Nun muss ich mal in meinem alten Hirn kramen wie das mit den Texturen war...
Wenn ich mich recht erinnere lagen die Texturen als .ogf (outrage graphic file) und .oaf (outrage animated file) vor.

Um diese Dateien aus einem Level zu extrahieren braucht man den Editor.
Zumindest kann ich mich im Moment an nichts anderes erinnern.
Sobald Atan wieder erreichbar ist, frage ich ihn mal ob es da noch was anderes gab.

Um die extrahierten Dateien dann in ein gängiges Format umzuwandeln braucht man noch das ogftool.

Ich hoffe beides ist im DF noch abrufbar?
Wenn nicht, bitte Rückmeldung.
Beides sollte hier noch irgendwo auf der Platte herumfliegen.

Hog2WS gibt's bei Fischlein, damit kann man die .ogf Dateien aus der d3.hog extrahieren. Mit Ogftool dann zu .tga noch konvertieren.
