Some designers expressed concern about different levels using custom
textures and creating a problem. I have packaged two levels together and gone into
them to see. The only problem seems to be if two designers use the same filename
to replace a custom texture.
For instance, a custom sky replacing cloudysky.ogf will also replace
the cloudysky in all other levels that use it. So, I have created a list of custom textures
already used so you don't use the same one. Of course, if you LIKE the replacement
texture, feel free to use it!

As you create custom textures, let me know what they are so they can be added to
the list (or add them to the forum yourself).
